FULL-TIME Positions

Captain Support Specialist

Reports directly to the Vice President of Captain Support. Primarily responsible for cruise reservations, providing effective customer service, solving customer problems by utilizing excellent knowledge of cruise vessels being sold and payment programs, available.

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales, organizational and time-management skills. Must speak Spanish

Event STAFF Positions

Captain Support Specialist

Responsibilities include assisting guests with embarkation and at the Captain Support desk, answering questions, distributing gifts, manning the doors at special events, pre-selling for upcoming events

Skills/Experience: Excellent customer service skills, Spanish-speaking a plus!

Hospitality Runner

Responsibilities include organizing and delivering artist riders during assigned sets and stages. Picking up coolers, and returning items to the production room.

Skills/Experience: Able to perform physical activities, including walking/standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. Late night shifts required.

Artist Relations

Responsibilities include being the liaison between our artist and hospitality teams, assisting the artist and their managers/guests during their assigned sets, making sure their hospitality requests are met, attending to any special or additional requests, and keeping the stage is cleaned all times during their assigned sets.

Also responsible for assisting with Artists transportation, escorting Artist onboard the ship and to the beach parties.

Skills/Experience: Able to perform physical activities, including walking/standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. Late night shifts required.

Event Assistant

Responsibilities include setting up and removing of banners, elevator wraps and other branding needs on days of embarkation and debarkation, assisting Entertainment Director with artist activations, games and onboard events, assist marketing director with any other promotional activities during the festival.

Skills/Experience: marketing background, event coordination or planning experience a plus. Able to perform physical activities, including walking/standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects (up to 40 lbs).

Production Assistant

Responsibilities include assistant Operations Team with various checklists to ensure the quality of event execution is consistent.

Skills are a plus: Excellent organizational skills. Event planning or coordination skills a plus.

INTERNSHIPS

Graphic Design Intern

You will assist with:

– the design and development of layouts for marketing materials and campaigns, using appealing graphics that are well organized

-creating/editing current design elements into each unique layout to produce an up-to-date style for custom ads

-support for the marketing department through a variety of channels, print, digital, web, and etc.-the development and design of graphics, logos, collateral event materials, and a variety of other creative tasks.

– Ability to exercise good judgment when interpreting instructions and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions

– Utilize strong written skills and bring effective visual ideas from concept through to completion

Requirements:

-Required Software Proficiency: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Google Slides.

-Prior experience designing in Advertising or Music Industry would be helpful
